  • Learning to bake with fresh milled grains has been a HUGE learning curve for me and it has made me question myself so many times. But today....on a rainy chilly Saturday, I managed to get a perfect dough ball, finally got a window pane in my dough and it rose and baked beautifully. So stinking happy.
