1/4cuphoney
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/2teaspoonvanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 225°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a saucepan, melt together honey, salt, butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir just until smooth and lightly bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour over the kamut puffs and gently fold until evenly coated.
Spread onto baking sheet in an even layer. (I line with parchment)paper)
Bake 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so they dry evenly.
Cool completely before storing — they crisp up more as they cool.
