Mayonnaise Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise We use Dukes, but any kind will work
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning can be omitted, but we love it added when paired with Italian dishes
  • 1/4 cup cheese of your choice optional, but adds extra flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Using a large cookie scoop and muffin pan, divide out 12 equal portions of batter
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops are lightly browned

Notes

These biscuits are best served the day they are made, store leftovers in the fridge and heat gently in toaster oven or on low in the microwave for a few seconds.
